RETURNS & REFUNDS
ENVI Organics by no means whatsoever, will refund any customer, unless the customer did not receive their package.
If your package arrives and the PRODUCT is damaged in any way, or has leaked due to pressure, a complaint, together with images of the damaged package, will need to be emailed to info@envi-organics.com within the first 7 (SEVEN) days of purchase. After the 7 (SEVEN) days of purchase, ENVI Organics will not take any responsibility for any damages. The damage will then be assessed based off the pictures that have been emailed through, and a STORE CREDIT will be issued to the customer. If the customer does not want store credit, they may opt for a new product to be delivered, provided that the damaged parcel has been returned.
