RETURNS & REFUNDS
If your package arrives and the PRODUCT is damaged in any way, or has leaked due to pressure, a complaint, together with images of the damaged package, will need to be emailed to email@example.com within the first 7 (SEVEN) days of purchase. After the 7 (SEVEN) days of purchase, ENVI Organics will not take any responsibility for any damages. The damage will then be assessed based off the pictures that have been emailed through, and a STORE CREDIT will be issued to the customer. If the customer does not want store credit, they may opt for a new product to be delivered, provided that the damaged parcel has been returned.
